HOW TO BUY:
There are 2 ways to PLACE AN ORDER with us:
1. Download our PDF ORDER FORM. Fill it out and mail it to the above address
with a check or money order. Please make checks payable to: SWIRLY DESIGNS

2. Fill out our ONLINE ORDER FORM on the lefti. We will then email you back with the total amount and information on how to pay. We accept checks, M/C or Visa and PayPal.

WHOLESALE:
If you are a store owner and would like some information about carrying our
products, email us your inquiry. Please include your contact info along with your
business license number: info@swirlydesigns.com

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Each ornaments comes in very own gift box!Remember since each
ornament is unique and hand painted, no two are exactly alike. NO returns without authorization.
Return authorizations are valid for 30 days. Damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days of receiving shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, money orders or Paypal. At this time we do NOT ship internationally. (All orders paid with personal check will be held for 5 business days for check to clear) There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.
